Zero School Pride

It's shocking to see how many students these days have completely zero school pride. They don't care about their institute, they don't participate in programs, and they just seem indifferent. It's like they've disregarded what it means to be part of a group and believe in their fellow students. This lack of enthusiasm is negative to the entire school culture.

This Cap Doesn't Fit

Man, this cap just won't cooperate! I've tried to adjust it, but it still feels tight. Maybe my head is just not meant for this. I guess it goes to show you that sometimes fit just right.

Oh well, on to the next one!

This Isn't My Old School

When I read the words "alma mater|my old school|the place where I learned}", it doesn't spark feelings of warmth and nostalgia. For me, it's a distant concept. Maybe because my years there were so different, or perhaps I simply haven't had the time to reminisce. Whatever the reason, that phrase doesn't hold the same significance for me as it does for others.

It's not that I regret my time at school. It was a period of growth, just not one that feels familiar in the way many people describe.

Perhaps it's because I made my passions away from the traditional school setting. Or maybe it's because my memories are defined by different experiences. Whatever the case, "Not My Alma Mater|My School Is Different|This Isn't My Old School", and that's perfectly okay.

I Am Bleeding Blue

The world doesn't understand that I ooze a different color. They glare with curiosity as I display the fact of my existence. My blood is a sign of {somethingdifferent that they can't perceive. They classify me as abnormal, but I am simply unique.

The Concept of School Spirit? Nah

Seriously, school/the whole idea of/that thing they call "school spirit/spirit week/pep rallies" is about as appealing/relevant/interesting to me as a moldy sandwich/root canal/trip to the dentist. I'd rather be practicing my guitar/reading a good book/taking a nap than wearing a ridiculous costume and screaming at some game I couldn't care less about. I value knowledge, not glorified cheering.

  • My teachers/My friends/Even my family all think I'm weird/missing out/crazy, but whatever. They can keep their traditions.
  • Maybe when I'm older
